For the fourth straight year, a state financial business has been awarded with a Top Workplace honor for 2025.
Del-One Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union in the First State with a dozen locations across the state, has once again been recognized for the achievement that celebrates organizations with exceptional workplace cultures.
“This recognition is because of how our teammates show up every day and contribute to the exceptional culture of Del-One,” said President/CEO Dan McCarthy.

Staff of Del-One participated in a confidential employee engagement survey to rate various key drivers at the company like communication, leadership, career opportunities, working environment, pay, and benefits.
“The way they support and celebrate each other makes me proud to be a part of this team,” McCarthy said. “The impact our teammates have for each other, our members, and the entire Delaware community is incredible, and this award is a testament to their dedication and loyalty.”
