Measures designed to enshrine the right to abortion passed in seven states, but failed to reach a 60% threshold needed to pass in Florida . Markets surged Wednesday in response to a Trump win, with the Dow climbing more than 3% and the S&P 500 rising 2.3%. Bitcoin hit an all-time high.
